The marine collagen we use in our Collagen Elixir is mostly type I collagen and is rich in unique, specialised amino acids that provide targeted skin health benefits, supporting the body's natural collagen production. Type I collagen is the building block of our skin structure and makes up approximately 80% of our skin layer.
While our bodies can produce collagen themselves, production begins to decline as we age. Research has shown that supplementing collagen can be beneficial for maintaining healthy and hydrated skin.
Collagen Elixir is recommended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not suitable for people with fish allergies.
